Marte Meo Training 2023

Marte Meo means "on one's own strength" and is a method developed by Maria Aarts in Holland more than forty years ago, used in 43 countries across the world.

Marte Meo is a strengths-based approach to supporting the parent-infant/ toddler relationship by making the most of everyday interactions. It's a very practical way of strengthening relationships and supporting child development. The training will introduce the basic concepts of following and leading with the use of videos in the introductory workshop on February 13th. A recording will be made available for anyone unable to attend the workshop live.

Practitioner-Level training begins March 27th and is run over six days in two-day blocks. The training is experiential, using lots of video material to hone your observational skills through interactional video analysis. At the completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of international accreditation. Places are limited (max. 10).
