This online presentation will provide an overview of key ethical issues in infant and early childhood mental health practice and will
introduce a multidimensional model to formulating complex decision-making. Case presentations will be discussed.

About the PresenterDr
Izaak Lim
is a child and adolescent psychiatrist working in perinatal and infant mental health. His clinical interests include supporting
parent-infant relationships in the context of parental mental illness and intergenerational trauma, and family-based approaches to mental
health in early life. He is a PhD student at Monash University, working on a project investigating the role of fathers in the development
of child anxiety. He also has a longstanding interest in the ethics of mental healthcare.
