Annual Endorsement Renewal


IMH Endorsement® is valid for the financial year and needs to be renewed online (using the EASy database) by 30 June each year.

 You will need:

  • Ongoing AAIMH membership
  • 15 clock hours of training related to culturally sensitive, relationship-focused practice promoting infant mental health.  
  • Note: If you are a provider of RSC, at least 3 hours of the 15 hours required need to be about the provision of RSC
  • 12 clock hours of RSC annually for professionals endorsed at as Infant Family Practitioner, Infant Mental Health Practitioner and Infant Mental Health Mentor – Clinical.

 If an endorsed professional submitted their application in the prior financial year, they are not required to submit training and RS/C hours again. However they need to renew their AAIMH membership. For example, if you submit you application for endorsement in September 2022, you don’t need to renew endorsement by June 2023 but will need to keep your AAIMH membership current i.e. renew it for 2023-24

 Renewal fee

There is no renewal fee until June 2023. From June 2023,a $30 Annual Renewal fee will apply.

Steps to renew AAIMH WA Endorsement®

  • Log in to aaimhwa.myeasy.org
  • Select the ‘Details tab’ of your application
  • Confirm that your AAIMH membership is current by entering the expiry date
  • Go to the ‘Training tab’ to enter a minimum of 15 hours continuing education. This can come from one single training or a combination of trainings completed in the previous year.
  • If endorsed at IFP, IMHP or IMHM-C, go to the ‘Supervision tab’ to enter a minimum of 12 hours Reflective Supervision completed in the previous year.
  • Go back to your ‘Dashboard’ by clicking on Applications on top navigation bar, then selecting your application.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Code of Ethics’ button. You will be prompted to recommit to the Code of Ethics.
  • Upon agreeing to the Code of Ethics, you will be able to click  ‘Submit Endorsement for Renewal’ button
